1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of silverflowtechnology.com and any purchase made through it. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. This site is operated by Silverflow Technology Pty Ltd ("Silverflow", "we", "us"), 101 Collins Street, Melbourne, Victoria 3000, Australia.

2. Products and descriptions

We aim to describe our products, including specifications, capacities, and technical figures, as accurately as possible. Minor variations between the product as described and the product as supplied may occur, particularly for custom or made-to-order systems above 500,000 litres/day capacity. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are current at the time of display, but may change without notice. Placing an order through our shop constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline. We will confirm acceptance of your order by email.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely at the time of order through our payment gateway. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

Delivery timeframes provided at checkout or by our team are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays.

6. Warranty

Dental unit systems are covered by a 5-year warranty as described on the relevant product pages. Warranty terms are in addition to, and do not limit, any consumer guarantee you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law. Full warranty terms and conditions are available on request.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where our liability for a breach of a consumer guarantee cannot be excluded, but may be limited, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacing the goods, repairing the goods, or paying the cost of replacement or repair.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the Australian Consumer Law guarantee above, Silverflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or this website.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, and the Silverflow name and logo, is the property of Silverflow Technology Pty Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last revised.
